Deb Littlefield

Deb is a K-RAN consultant and has been working in the training and development field since 1992. She was a member of the US Coast Guard’s groundbreaking TQM training effort in northern California. She worked on a team that developed programs and trained hundreds of senior managers, peers, and junior personnel in TQM, problem-solving, and facilitation.

Deb worked as a trainer / program developer for the world’s largest plastic manufacturer in Ohio and also facilitated collaboration sessions for the local community with the public school system. In addition, she provided training for the superintendent’s management team.

She has worked extensively with the US Postal Service, facilitating several problem-solving efforts. She was lead consultant to a large Aerospace organization, delivering numerous one-day and three-day teambuilding programs. She developed and delivered supervisory training, management "leading change" and is currently supporting a "LEAN Manufacturing" culture change effort for a manufacturing facility.

Deb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the US Coast Guard Academy, and is certified in the Management Research Group’s Strategic Directions and LEA 360, Effective Intelligence / SmartSkills, Management and Planning tools, the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and Increasing Human Effectiveness.
