Pamela Dudoff

Pam is an associate consultant with K-RAN. Her work focuses on increasing the effectiveness of organizations through developing skills in effective communication, win-win conflict resolution and respectful collaboration. Prior to joining K-RAN, Pam worked in a variety of industries including Healthcare, High Tech, Energy Services and Manufacturing.

Pam holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Boston University. She serves on the Board of the New Hampshire Conflict Resolution Association as President of the Association. She is also currently a Board Member for the New England Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution (NE-SPIDR).

She was formerly the Manager of Organization Development for a Fortune 500 Energy Services Company. In this capacity, Pam provided consulting services and coaching for senior managers, business unit and corporate executives. She gained extensive experience as a facilitator of Mutual Gains (win-win) Bargaining during union and management negotiations. Pam was trained and certified as a Mutual Gains Bargaining Facilitator through the Industrial & Labor Relations School at Cornell University.

Pam also previously served as an associate consultant for IBIS Consulting Group, Inc., which specializes, in systemic change and workplace diversity. Prior to beginning her consulting work, Pam had considerable experience as a manager and director in the Human Services Field.
