Cultural Change

K-RAN reinforces our change consulting practice with assessment and learning technology to create a map of growth and change for our clients. Experience has shown that strategic initiatives and corporate restructuring work best when the human and culture factors are managed successfully. We help the organization examine its culture, and then align leadership with mission and strategy. We utilize the latest research by Denison, Effective Intelligence / SmartSkills and our other strategic partners to carve out a set of best practices that establishes a sustaining cycle of innovation, growth and change.

Examples of impact …

K-RAN was awarded a Grant from the National Institute of Corrections (NIC) in Washington DC. The grant was to design, develop and deliver a leadership development program for women in senior level position in corrections (specifically prisons). This program is still being delivered after 7 years. It is a multi phased residential program. The most positive result of the program is a national network of active involved women in Executive positions who impact correctional systems and state legislature. The alumni have established a vibrant Executive Women’s Association founded on "Each One Teach One". This is a philosophy of "giving back", the fundamental principle in the Executive Leadership for Women program All 50 states have graduates of the program. The graduates are now working with K-RAN to deliver an entry-level leadership program for women leaders at the state level.

"Overall the program exceeded my expectations" "This has been the most rewarding experience I have ever had."

"The feedback and the practical suggestions for growth have impacted my career and my personal life."

K-RAN Design, Inc. began a culture change effort with a large aerospace manufacturing organization. The culture change work involved leadership development and team development and coaching for all members of the facility. Working with a visionary leadership team we managed through downsizing, re-engineering and economic challenges and when finished netted a ROI of over $1million to the bottom line. K-RAN continues to provide teambuilding coupled with leadership development and organizational change for efforts in the same corporation with similar results.
