Respectful leadership involves a clear understanding of the role of leader in setting and maintaining expectations for respectful behavior and high standards of task achievement within the workplace. Bringing expectations and talent into alignment is no small task. This program provides specific tools and practices that assist leaders in holding individuals accountable for high expectations of behavior and performance. Our coaching arrangements are tailored to meet the needs of the particular individuals and organizations we work with. The program is available for Union & Non-Union organizations.
